Training Pathway Overview
Step 1: RDI® Professional Training 1 (USD $2,500)
12 weekly sessions (2.5 hrs), homework, and applied learning. Topics include:
• RDI® Goals and the Guiding Relationship
• Dynamic Intelligence & Regulation
• RDA Assessment Tools
• Mindful Communication & Scaffolding
Step 2: Supervised Practicum (USD $3,500)
Work with two families under supervision. Complete 14 projects.
Step 3: Masterclass / Advanced Seminar (USD $2,500)
Deep dive into dyads, challenging cases, advanced family consultation tools, ethics & professional goals.

The programme fee is USD $2,500. Pay in full anytime before July 31, 2026, or take advantage of our flexible installment plans.

For over 30 years, Genevieve has walked alongside families and children but it was discovering RDI® in 2005 that truly changed the course of her work. What began as a search for something more meaningful than behavioral approaches became a lifelong calling: helping parents rebuild connection with their children, one small moment at a time.
As founder of Children's Partnership, Genevieve has since trained and mentored consultants across Asia, watching that same spark of understanding light up in each of them. Her approach is known for its warmth and clarity. She has a gift for making complex ideas feel simple, and for helping both parents and professionals trust their own instincts again.
When she's not training the next generation of RDI® consultants, you'll find her still doing the work herself because for Genevieve, this has never just been a career. It's personal.
