What you'll learn

Why looking beyond behaviour management can lead to deeper, longer-lasting change for children with autism, ADHD, and other developmental differences.

How resilience, flexibility, and emotional regulation actually develop through guided, everyday relationships rather than isolated strategies.

How to apply a developmental lens at home or in the classroom, starting with how you notice and respond to a child in everyday moments.

What the RDI® (Relationship Development Intervention) approach involves, and whether it's the right next step for you or your child.

From Behaviour to Development

This free, 60-minute live session is for parents and professionals curious about looking beyond behaviours and strategies to understand child development more deeply. Through case examples, short video clips, and lived experience, you'll explore why focusing on developmental growth, not just short-term behaviour management creates change that lasts. Rather than offering quick fixes, this session invites you to step back, see the bigger developmental picture, and consider a different way of supporting children and youth with ADHD, autism, and learning differences.
